Facilities Coordinator Job Description Plan, direct, and coordinate work throughout the site. Foster professional client relationships. Manage customer satisfaction surveys. Analyze and distribute performance metrics. Perform accounts performance assessments and building condition assessments. Prepare reports documenting quality issues. Manage work order backlogs. Ensure associates are meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
