JOB SUMMARY

Performs research and analysis to evaluate and forecast business performance and plan investment, budgeting, and financial strategies. Calculates and interprets financial metrics to track and evaluate a company's financial health and performance. Develops financial modeling and analysis reports to measure and forecast the impact of various business decisions, economic scenarios, or capital investments. Evaluates and monitors economic conditions, market trends, and risk factors to assess investment opportunities and recommend capital allocation strategies. Utilizes financial statements, reports, and models to assist with budget planning, create financial projections, and advise cost management decisions.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Financial Analyst III ($69,380 - $86,730)



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; and
  • Four years' related accounting experience.


Financial Analyst IV ($79,760 - $99,700)



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; and
  • Six years' related accounting experience.


      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


      • Assists in leading the preparation and analysis of all activities directed toward gathering all forward-looking information that is a basis for the company's consolidated one-year and five-year financial forecasts, along with the capital expenditure program.
      • Assists in leading the preparation and analysis of the company's consolidated one-year and five-year forecasts, including preparation of selected alternate scenarios and analyses for senior management as well as forecast documents and written presentations for the Board of Directors, credit rating agencies and the investment community.
      • Prepares the consolidated one-year (Capital Budget) and five-year capital requirements forecast, including preparation of analyses, capital requirements documents and written presentations for submission to senior management and/or the Board of Directors.
      • Assists in leading the preparation and analysis of the corporate responsibility budget, including consolidation, analysis and communication to senior management and the business units.
      • Leads the analysis of quarterly and year-end financial results, including subsidiary review and development of analyses for presentation to the Board of Directors.
      • Assists in the evaluation and implementation of corporate and subsidiary computerized financial models to cope with changing business requirements.
      • Performs sensitivity analyses against base case financial forecasts as required for corporate development or financial scenarios.
      • Leads the preparation and analysis of the annual rating agency presentation and necessary support documents.
      • Performs other economic or financial analyses or research as assigned.

      • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


      • CPA or professional certification preferred.
      • Construction accounting experience.
      • Viewpoint Spectrum experience.


      ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


      • This position is required to be on-site at the Everus corporate office in Bismarck, ND. Hybrid option may be available.
      • Required minimal travel (up to 10%) including in-state and out-of-state by car and/or plane with overnight stays.
      • Background check, MVR and drug screen may be required.
