Your Role With Us:As a Patient Billing Supervisor, the individual is instrumental in overseeing the billing team's daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing patient accounts throughout the revenue cycle. This role involves resolving billing and payment issues through direct communication with patients and insurance providers, while also supporting staff in providing exceptional customer service. The supervisor is responsible for training team members to navigate complex billing inquiries, conducting thorough reviews of accounts, and validating necessary patient information for billing submissions. They monitor trends in payment issues, proactively addressing concerns to educate both internal and external stakeholders. By reconciling account balances and pursuing outstanding payments, they ensure maximum reimbursement and compliance with financial policies.
