Program Coordinator

A healthy work life balance is essential:


  • Staffed hours are Monday - Thursday, 6am - 7pm, Friday 6am - 5pm
  • 8-hour shifts vary between 6am - 2pm, 11am - 7pm, and a mid-day option
  • No holidays or weekends!


You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:


  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required.
  • 1-2 years experience in fitness industry, supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification preferred or ability to obtain within first year of employment.

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:


  • Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
  • Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
  • Leads the development of annual program plan and implementation of creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
  • Contributes to ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
  • Supports ongoing budget management efforts
  • Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
  • Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
  • Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
  • Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goalsetting
  • Support CFW Culture and initiatives
