Job Description: Summary: The equipment technician is a key member of the project support services team and helps fellow Barr staff members provide exceptional service to our clients by supporting them with their equipment needs for project-focused work. This person assists multiple teams by troubleshooting and repairing equipment, managing equipment inventory, assisting with vehicle maintenance, and keeping the field office location neat and organized. This position is well suited for someone who can demonstrate strong organizational and proactive communication skills, mechanical (hands-on) aptitude, problem-solving, and teamwork in a company that values collaboration, ownership of problems, and an exceptional customer experience. This position is based in our Duluth field office and requires a Monday through Friday, in-office work schedule. Compensation: The anticipated base hourly range forthis position is $25 - $33/hour. This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance.
