Advisor Development Program Associate
Program Overview:
Are you ready to launch your career in the financial services industry? Our Advisory Associate role is designed for driven, entry-level professionals who want to grow and thrive in a dynamic environment. This 12-month program offers the opportunity to develop your skills by rotating through at least one of our four core Advisory businesses: wealth/trust, brokerage, insurance, or private banking. You'll gain comprehensive, hands-on experience and an understanding of the business from end to end. As part of this program, you will be supported in obtaining any required licenses or certifications (e.g., insurance and/or securities licenses, CFP, or other relevant designations), which will open doors for further advancement within First National Insurance Agency and First National Investment Services. This is your chance to build a solid foundation in financial advisory and set yourself up for a successful, rewarding career. We're looking for enthusiastic, proactive individuals eager to learn and grow with us. FNB's Development Programs aim to equip Associates with the skills and experience necessary for a successful transition into integral positions within one of our teams. Your Role:Support and Grow in Our Advisory Businesses - A Holistic Learning Experience As part of this program, you'll actively contribute to our portfolio, account management, investment, and banking services, while also providing top-tier customer support. You'll gain in-depth exposure to the full spectrum of our Advisory Businesses, which includes working with High-Net-Worth individuals, families, and professionals. This hands-on experience is designed to help you build a solid foundation in the financial services industry. Develop Key Communication and Presentation Skills Effective communication is essential in this role. You'll refine both your verbal and written communication skills by preparing pitch books, delivering presentations, and leading meetings with clients and internal teams. This will position you as a confident communicator in a fast-paced environment. Drive Business Growth Through Sales, Service and Strategy You'll support sales and service teams across our Advisory Businesses by developing presentations, attending client meetings, and helping onboard new clients. You'll play a key role in creating a unique and valuable client experience. Additionally, you'll be involved in shaping our digital engagement strategy and participating in formal webinars and client-facing events.
