*Job Title: REL Quality Service Specialist I*
*Job Description:* We are seeking an experienced REL Quality Service Specialist to join our team and ensure the highest level of service quality within our Real Estate Lending department. In this role, you will monitor, evaluate, and document team interactions across multiple media channels, ensuring compliance and service consistency. You will analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and provide management actionable insights. Additionally, you will mentor and coach team members, lead process improvement initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance standards. *Key Responsibilities:* * Monitor and evaluate team interactions for service quality and compliance. * Provide feedback to team members and supervisors to drive performance. * Analyze data and member journeys to deliver insights and recommendations. * Help with training initiatives and mentor staff to improve skills and performance. * Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements. * Report fraud, abuse, and compliance issues to relevant stakeholders. *Qualifications:* * Significant experience in customer service or financial services (preferably in a call center environment). * Working knowledge of Financial systems, policies, and federal regulations related to Real Estate Lending. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently, mentor others, and lead projects.
