As a member of our therapeutic recovery team, you will complete on-site evaluations of people being admitted to state centers. You will develop, train, and analyze best practices that promote restraint-free safety; support recreational, therapeutic, and employment activities; and develop behavioral techniques, crisis prevention, and diversion activities that support people with dual diagnosis and complex behavioral concerns. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships as you provide professional guidance for new admissions, active treatment, and transitional steps towards discharge for our vulnerable residents.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• This position will require regular travel throughout the Commonwealth for meetings and trainings.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time for the initial training period, with the possibility of full-time telework requiring at least 1 day per month in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Selinsgrove.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
