Description: * Purchases goods and services according to the company's policies and procedures and continuously improve procedures for greater efficiency. * Develop quotes, sales orders, invoices in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Coordinates with System Architects to assure the Scope of Work for projects are completed and delivered to the customer timely. * Reconcile and maintain a product catalog within the company's CRM to assure pricing is current * Manage product vendors relationships to assure the company receives the best prices on hardware and software purchases. * Act as a contract custodian for vendor contracts and manage the vendor relationship to negotiate volume and cash transaction discounts, and other available discounts. * Ensures that purchasing documents are complete and accurate and include appropriate and reasonable terms and conditions. * Work with the Finance team to understand credit availability for upcoming purchases and can schedule purchases to meet delivery deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred, not required * At least two years of purchasing experience required.
