Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our organization as the Director of Culture and Organizational Effectiveness. With more than 3,500 people and 7 companies, this pivotal role will be responsible to lead our team of business partners and specialists to develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize team dynamics, enhance engagement, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning our people strategies with the organizational goals to ensure the overall well-being and satisfaction of our team members. You will partner with the Team Member Resources group to serve as a trusted advisor and consult with leaders in the organization to provide guidance, support, and action. Under the direction of the Vice President of Team Member Resources, this role will have the opportunity to make decisions and influence the success of all the business units.
