SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None Keyword: electronics testing, test, troubleshoot, service and repair, assemblies, subassemblies, electronic test equipment, component level troubleshooting, electronic calibration Required Experience: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors Ability to interact appropriately with the public when necessary Ability to adhere to workplace rules Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, work instructions and component identifications Ability to perform required test operations General test equipment utilized (Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer, Frequency counter, and Power Meter) Ability to work with minute parts and demonstrate finger dexterity EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: HS Diploma or equivalent preferred A minimum of 3 years of test technician experience Advanced experience with MS Office Working knowledge of digital and RF electronics Successful completion of electronic technician training, AS degree in Electronic Technology, or equivalent, preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Production environment Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time Ability to perform repetitive motion (use of arm-hand steadiness, finger dexterity, manual dexterity for small parts assembly, frequent use) Ability to lift iup to 30 pounds 20/20 vision and color vision with or without corrective lenses THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE INTENDED TO DESCRIBE THE GENERAL NATURE AND LEVEL OF WORK BEING PERFORMED BY INDIVIDUALSiASSIGNED TO THIS CLASSIFICATION.
