The Mechanical Engineer applies an advanced knowledge of engineering fundamentals to the division's engineering and design activities in support of the development of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). The Mechanical Engineer interacts with all Oceaneering Mobile Robotics (OMR) departments as necessary to provide engineering support to projects, integration, and test activities. The Mechanical Engineer will be expected to lead design efforts on projects, helping guide junior engineers in the development process. Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL * Lead mechanical design teams to define and design AGVs per OMR engineering standards, working with cross-disciplinary team of electrical, software and other mechanical engineers. Qualifications
REQUIRED * Bachelor's degree or comparable training, preferably with a technical engineering focus or relevant combination of education and experience. PREFERRED * Master's degree in mechanical engineering. Equal Opportunity Employer
