- Someone with analytics in a logistics/order management environment who can consolidate data into a reviewable format, consolidate problems and work for solutions.
- Perform data analysis for the order management department using SAP, Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Support manager with KPIs and status reports so they can ensure that on-time delivery, throughput time and inventory and scrap metrics are met as they relates to product launch and engineering change process
- Communicate all schedule changes to engine manufacturing and material planning groups
- Manage the coordination of order status between logistics and sales
- Review engineering changes coming from development and assist the manager with the management of employee workload and tasks as it relates to engineering change management, material master management and product launch.
- Responsible for some of the following major tasks related to order coordination, including material master creation, bill of material transfers, engineering change management, order change management, production scheduling, order screening and acceptance
- Evaluate sales order revision requests as needed
- Reporting and tracking of order change, status and completion
- Assist management with monthly build and ship plans
- Keep management abreast of projects, vendor issues, workshops, pending problems and the financial impact
- Work closely with other departments to improve efficiency and maintain positive working relationships
- Facilitate the resolution of conflicts encountered during the management of multiple workshops and projects
- Assist management in the creation of presentations and reports for senior management
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for the order management department
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment (5S+Safety)
- Promote a compliance culture in areas of responsibility and live to the letter and the spirit of the client's Global Code of Conduct
- Perform special projects as needed.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management or Supply Chain Management or Finance or Math or Science or Logistics or Business.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics and materials management
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Operating PC and MS Office Suite to include advanced SAP, Excel, Power Query, Power BI
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, sales and customer service, production methods and information technology
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Material Requirements Planning systems and Production Scheduling
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Excel (Pivot tables, VLookup, Date functions/formulas).
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of client America products, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of diesel engine manufacturing
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects with competitive needs and deadlines
- Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills
