Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Greenville, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Successful candidate will work with subject matter experts to develop/deliver technical training for airborne and ground-based systems.
  • This position needs attention to detail and follow-up on all delegated assignments.
  • Partner with engineering teams, relevant team members, and customer representatives to define the priorities for curriculum/courseware development and to coordinate completion with product release dates.
  • Develop/deliver training presentations and lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements and vendor spec sheets.
  • Create course materials that ensure participants have a solid understanding of the systems and the skills needed to operate or maintain them in their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • To deliver course materials in a formal classroom setting, trainer/simulator environment, or on aircraft.
  • Works under general supervision and will be responsible for the task leadership of one or more programs to include the daily oversight of courseware development activities and interfacing with the PMO and customer.
  • Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized.
  • Problems are typically solved through advanced education or past experience.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Training development and delivery in a technical environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in implementing training programs using an instructional design methodology.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in operation of ISR mission systems.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in operational ELINT or SIGINT.
