The Manager of Behavioral Health is responsible for managing clinical, operational and administrative operations for behavioral health services and related programs for one or more teams. Manages strategies and achievement of goals, develops team members and ensures overall operational effectiveness. The Manager of Behavior Health supports the Crisis and Consultative Division within the Pediatric Mental Health Institute. This includes oversight and accountability for the Mental Health Emergency Unit at the Anschutz Medical Campus, our team of clinicians responsible for completing crisis assessments across all 4 Emergency Departments at Children's Hospitals, the outpatient Crisis Clinic, and will support the ongoing strategic expansion of our mental health crisis services. This position will be predominately located on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. Additional Information

Salary Information Hourly Rate of Pay:Benefits Information As a Children's Hospital Colorado team member, you will receive a competitive pay and benefits package designed to take care of your needs that includes base pay, incentives, paid sick leave and a robust wellness program. As part of our Total Rewards package, Children's Colorado offers an annual employee bonus program that rewards eligible team members based on organizational performance. If organizational goals are met for the year, the bonus is paid out the following April. Children's Colorado delivers annual base pay increases to eligible team members based on their performance over the previous year. |
