Job Summary:
The Continuing Education Program Developer is responsible for creating, managing and growing non-credit, professional development programs to expand the current portfolio of offerings. The Program Developer will serve as the Director of Education for ICF certified courses and ensure that the coaching programs meet all requirements for accreditation. Ongoing analysis of the market, competition, and the industry direct efforts to expand programs and remain current. Based on audience preferences, the Program Developer will also work to determine appropriate modalities. Responsibilities include working with teams across the unit in planning and scheduling courses, creating budgets, marketing, hiring and managing subject matter instructors, working directly with learners and organizations on their professional development needs. Responsibilities: Provides guidance for program planning, implementation, and evaluation, and/or supervises non-credit staff. Applies and implements tools and technology that support continuing education opportunities to the institution.
