We have an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Training Consultant with our industry-leading client in Atlanta.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for hotel staff on Oracle-based systems, including PMS, CRS, RMS, and Management Information Systems.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to identify training needs and create end-to-end learner journeys that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and planning.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to create training materials and presentations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet regional and global operational and certification needs.
  • Conduct data analysis to recommend learning and training solutions that align with business needs and targets.
  • Implement training plans in collaboration with managers and directors, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and travel frequently as required.
  • Foster strong relationships with hotel staff and management, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and software to enhance training delivery and learner tracking systems.



Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel operations or a similar service-related industry.
  • Previous experience in a support role with project experience is a benefit.
  • Strong understanding of core hotel systems and their impact on hotel operations and the wider business environment.
  • At least 1 year of HR/Training experience in a multi-site, brand, or service company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and persuade effectively.
  • Broad commercial and business skills to provide analysis and guidance for strategic planning.
  • High degree of computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent business diploma.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Experience with learner tracking and performance support systems.
  • Cultural awareness and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work remotely and adapt to different environments and cultures.
