YMCA International Services is a unique branch of the Y of Greater Houston and seeks to meet the needs of Houston's significant refugee and immigrant communities. We provide comprehensive programs that focus on building human assets and fostering self-sufficiency. The MG Program Specialist will be responsible for administrating the financial support and match provided to the newly arrived clients from refugees, SIVs, asylees, parolees, victims of human trafficking, and other eligible populations who are accessing to a wide range of Matching Grant program services with the goal of becoming self-sufficient. Duties /Responsibilities The MG Program Specialist will primarily be responsible for provision of match, financial support, and check the processing of eligible MG clients. The program specialist will assist the program director in conducting monthly reconciliations for federal dollar expenditures and in-kind donations. Responsibilities include:
