Machine Operator ($22.55 per hour + $1.00 shift differential) We are currently searching for a Machine Operator to be based out of Molalla, Oregon. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, Machine Operators work to maintain, control, and operate equipment used in the manufacturing of plastic pellets. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior success as a Material Handler or equivalent position at Atkore and experience in lean manufacturing or a business system-based company is a plus. This position starting base rate is $22.55 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked on swing shift. Atkore offers a competitive pay and benefits package. What you'll do:
