Senior Change Leader, Talent and Effectiveness We are looking for a Senior Change Leader to join our Talent and Effectiveness team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training material in support of our Development Program and FSS Academy. This role is critical to building high-performing talent that drives Continuous Improvement and Program Management across our organization. As the Senior Change Leader, you will report to the Director of Business Process, Talent Effectiveness and be an integral part of driving our talent and development strategy. Your Impact In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective learning experiences that deliver on our development program's vision. You'll be contributing to accelerating our team's effectiveness by creating engaging course content and activities that enhance knowledge acquisition and skills development. You will partner with FSS and Business Enablement leadership teams, subject matter experts and conduct independent content research to ensure business relevance and applicability of the material. Who You Are You are skilled in using technology and various forms of media to present learning materials in a way that helps people absorb information effectively. You are skilled in facilitating sessions and delivering training material in a corporate environment. You can design training programs that connect with our reality, inspire our employees to experiment and grow, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
