Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

OVERVIEW:

Working as Full-time Manufacturing Inside Sales & Estimating Lead, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of our sales team. Additionally, you will be involved with quoting and scheduling customer orders of our standard cutting tools, engineered cutting tools, and modified cutting tools that this facility produces.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

oLeading the day to day activities of our sales team

o Calculating and estimating production work for our machine shop and distribution facility

oDeveloping and executing an aggressive sales plan to exceed sales goals

oProviding customer support to our branches

oEstimating production times

oOrdering materials from numerous vendors

oScheduling production of orders

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

oPrior sales or manufacturing experience

o Excellent written and oral communication skills

oProficient using Microsoft Office Suite

oDemonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

o Work independently as well as in a team environment

oLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

oHighly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented

o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

o Possess a degree in Business/Marketing
