YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE We are looking for a MDS Support Analyst (QA Systems Analyst) in 5707 Blue Lagoon Dr, Miami, FL 33126 USA. Your mission will be to: 1. Scope of Engagement: Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is seeking recruitment and staffing services of a qualified embedded resource engaged by Vendor who can support the daily activities associated with the review and maintenance of recipe data for RBI brands in North America. The resource is to be dedicated by Vendor solely to the Scope of Work and located physically in the RBI Miami office, located at 5707 Blue Lagoon drive, Miami 33126. Functionally reporting to the RBI Director, Nutrition & QA Sustainability, the responsibilities of the Menu Maintenance Support Analyst would include, but are not limited to the following: i. Support Brand teams with timely and accurate entry of menu item recipe information for new launches. ii. Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Brand teams to complete relevant updates for existing menu items to ensure most current and accurate ingredient and recipe data is reflected. iii. Coordinate with Brand teams to complete deactivation of menu items that are no longer active within our restaurants. iv. Gain expertise with internal data management tools and support Brand teams with troubleshooting ad hoc concerns related to recipe accuracy. 1. Minimum Requirements for Qualified Contractors: Essential Abilities: Qualified candidates must have the ability to: * Review menu item recipe data and critically evaluate if there are concerns with information accuracy based on system training provided by RBI. * Participate actively, collaboratively, and with a sense of urgency in the menu item recipe maintenance process alongside Quality Assurance and Brand teams. * Develop a thorough understanding of internal tools and supported applications, and be able to apply this knowledge when supporting Brand teams. * Maintain relationships and clear communication with diverse internal stakeholder groups. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for Qualified Contractors: Knowledge: * Comfortable learning and working with IT systems and databases. * Knowledge of database management principles, including experience with developing training materials and SOPs. * General understanding of food ingredients and recipe formats (units, quantities). Skills & Abilities: * Strong attention to detail and analytical and processing skills, with aptitude to interpret technical data, required to inform corrective actions. * Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as a member of a global team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Advanced computer skills (i.e. Excel, Tableau), preferred. * Experience with custom large data base systems, preferred. Character: * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse audiences and stakeholders. * Takes accountability and demonstrates drive in delivering results. * Performs duties with an understanding for sense of urgency. * Flexible and resourceful.
