The Medication Management Manager leads and coordinates Ellie Mental Health's Medication Management Assistant (MMA) team and MMA Leads while driving operational excellence throughout the medication management program. This role combines clinical nursing expertise with operational management to optimize provider support services and enhance patient care delivery. Through strategic oversight of workflows, processes, and team development, this position ensures the medication management program operates at peak efficiency, maintains high-quality standards, and consistently delivers exceptional service to providers and patients. The role is crucial in developing and implementing best practices, improving operational metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the medication management program.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Directly manage and supervise Medication Management Assistants and MMA Leads
- Oversee MMA scheduling and workflow optimization
- Provider Support Coordination
- Operational Management of workflows and processes
- Oversee intake and follow-up management systems
- Manage denials and billing concerns escalated by the MMA team
- Quality and Compliance regarding documentation and processes
- MMA Recruitment and Development

Education and Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- 1+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with psychiatric/behavioral health services
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Consistently uses a computer and/or other office equipment.
- Consistently uses a variety of computer applications, including video chat
- Simultaneously communicates over the phone while using computer applications
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds for office needs.
- Minimally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally move or walk within an office environment.
- May occasionally need to climb stairs within an office environment.
