Summary: In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and automation efforts that enhance operational efficiency and performance. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments of internal processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and variability, while prioritizing improvements based on potential impact. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement to sustain momentum, while ensuring that all process improvements align with organizational goals. This role also oversees project management teams, ensuring effective resource deployment and cross-functional collaboration to successfully deliver improvement initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
