CMC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Fabrication team in Lawrenceville, GA. The Quality Assurance Manager oversees all fabrication quality control testing and related activities. This position provides the tools and resources necessary to foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement and employee development in quality assurance. Continuous process improvements plant wide include: fabrication quality, welding processes, cost efficiency, inventory control, reduce waste and management of inspection operations. The Quality Assurance Manager advocates sound business practices to support fabrication operational processes to produce quality products within budget that meet or exceed customer expectations and supports the business strategies and goals of the facility and CMC.
