Major/Essential Functions The College of Media & Communication at Texas Tech University is seeking a part-time, non-tenure track, Instructor to assist with the teaching mission of the college. Candidates who have very strong records of scholarship supported by extramural funding and who have the proven capacity or clear potential to bring externally sponsored research to Texas Tech University are encouraged to apply. Service duties include program-building, as well as a commitment to extra-curricular activities. Service to the department, college, university, and community is expected. Organization Texas Tech University Faculty Qualifications Candidates should have at least 18 credit hours in the teaching discipline or a completed Ph.D. or MA in Mass Communication. Demonstrated evidence of or potential forteaching excellence. An ongoing commitment to serving a diverse student population.
