We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Newbern, TN!

What You Will Do In Your Role

* Responsible for the safe performance of all duties

o Adherence to all State and Federal OSHA codes and regulations

o Adherence to all SRG Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and regulations

* Responsible for the maintenance of plant equipment and facilities

o Completion of preventive maintenance work orders

o Completion of corrective work orders

* Assures proper communication is maintained for the department

o Maintenance Supervisor

o Team members of associated departments

o Lead Maintenance & Facilities Engineer

* Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of all Maintenance areas

* Contribute to total preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* 1 to 2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred

* Certification in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Written and verbal communication skills

* General industrial maintenance skills, preferably injection molding or painting

o Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding

o PLC and robotic maintenance

o Systems troubleshooting

o Tool room and machining

* Basic computer literacy

* Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment

* Ability to function in a lean manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

* Lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion

* Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures & perform work indoors/outdoors as needed

* Frequently required to stand and walk; use hands to finger fine manipulation, handle, and feel; reach with arms and hands above head; talk and hear

* Sometimes required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit

* Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
