Job Purpose

Partner with Plants/Business Units to supply high quality Involvement Programs to develop associates and improve business characteristics.

Key Accountabilities

  • HDMA Involvement program lead for site location(s)
  • Engage and partner with plant/BU and department leadership in creative ways to foster an environment that supports associate involvement and engagement
  • Lead, create and implement corporate marketing and communication activities and initiatives to recruit and increase associate participation in involvement programs.
  • Lead, mentor and develop plant/BU/department program leaders on involvement programs, systems and initiatives that align with company expectations.
  • Develop strategy and lead corporate involvement business plan activities and projects.
  • Corporate involvement data analysis for recommending program changes, and improvements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Meet Business Plan Targets with Gap understanding, Root Cause analysis, Countermeasure activities and execute solutions
  • Lead and facilitate meetings, plant and company tours.
  • Lead and complete activities for successful celebrations.
  • Evaluate and assign point values / scoring for recognition and Involvement programs and system management for North America.
  • Forecast and manage cost, budget and invoices for Involvement program activities.
  • Represent site location(s) for North American Bloc (NAB) Committee. Support / coordinate / lead NAB activity including event planning and international travel planning.


Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business/HR related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience in HR, Associate/Leadership Development
  • Planning & Organizing, Skilled Communication, Negotiation, Project Management, Proficient Microsoft Suite & preferred knowledge of databases
