Job Purpose

This position leads the Campaigns & Recalls unit, managing auto recall and campaign launch activities to ensure compliance to Federal and State rules and regulations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Safety Recall management, including coordination, communication, and execution of recall activities to mitigate vehicle safety risks.
  • Coordinate with NHTSA to monitor progress of recall completion, compliance reporting, and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with OEM and government relations teams to enhance internal processes and controls, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop strategic business plans and initiatives that support corporate objectives, including managing department budget.
  • Develop associates to strengthen the capabilities of the Campaigns & Recall team, while increasing associate engagement.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
  • 10 years of experience managing recalls, campaigns, or data management
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and knowledge of relevant rules and laws
  • Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with high organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of a global organization
  • Ability to manage/prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid
  • General office environment
  • <10% domestic travel to support business needs, including industry meetings and regulatory agency events
  • 40 hours/week, M-F (overtime as needed)

    • Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
