What you'll be doing...The Verizon Global Payroll team strives for the highest degree of accurate, timely, and compliant pay to our employees. The Senior Manager of Payroll Audit and Compliance plays a critical role in this, leading a team of skilled professionals responsible for a variety of compliance activities, primarily including:
The successful candidate will have have a strong and proven background in Payroll compliance, with domestic and/or international focus. This leader must be detail-oriented, a strong communicator with experience presenting to internal and external parties as well as executive leadership. Time management, the ability to handle multiple priorities with strict deadlines, and organization are critical. The Senior Manager will coach, mentor, and development their team, as well as build and strengthen relationships with other parties (inside and outside Verizon). Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with the appropriate care are essential for this role. You'll need to have:
