Key Accountabilities

Profit Maximization Leadership & Strategy: Develop, implement, and lead profit improvement strategies by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and reduced costs.

Human Capital Management: Collaborate with Human Resources to align human capital strategy with business objectives.

Project Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of projects involving capital resources within the Honda Manufacturing plant.

Technical Advisory: Collaborate with the finance team and plant leadership to develop and implement capital management strategies,and provide expert advice on capital resources and investments within the Honda Manufacturing plant.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations related to capital resources, and the specific needs of the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications, Experience and Skill

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (such as CPA, CMA) would be a plus.

8+ years experience in a similar role or in a financial advisory position within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of capital management, investment strategies, human capital management, and the specific needs of a manufacturing plant.

Experience in leading profit improvement strategies and initiatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts.

Experience with advanced analytics, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a manufacturing environment.

Workstyle

5-10 Hours OT per week

Able to work off shifts, adjusted shifts, shutdowns, and weekends.

Able to travel short/long periods both internationally and locally.
