Job Purpose

The purpose of the Parts Campaign Specialist position is to ensure AHM is able to launch campaign and other critical service action related activities quickly to the market. The specialist coordinates all activities related to initial parts preparation as well as on-going monitoring of demand and inventory levels to ensure continued supply of parts are available for the market action while minimizing part obsolescence. This encompasses all Honda product lines.



Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate activities for on-going campaign and service action issues and reporting
  • Plan and coordinate initial launches for Campaign and Service Action issues
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate Technical inventory levels
  • Reduce and maintain Technical Service Level
  • Reduce and maintain Technical Back Orders



Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • BA/BS degree in business, engineering or equivalent
  • Equivalent work experience acceptable
  • 4 + years experience in business environment: customer service / supply chain
  • Project management
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Familiarity with Honda-specific and other automotive terminology
