Job Duties |
The Business Services Coordinator will be responsible for:
Implement the yearly schedule of faculty personnel actions to meet all academic affairs deadlines, including promotion, reappointment and conferral of tenure, annual evaluations and progress towards tenure letters; oversee the preparation and review of
EHRA/
SHRA hiring packets, contract letters and EPAFs, checking for accuracy and completeness and tracking the hiring process; responsible for initiating and completing all personnel actions for the Dean's office which includes hiring new department chairs, and associate dean appointments and all personnel within the office of the Dean. Assist departments with part time and fixed term appointments; assist with any international hires to include Visa applications. This position will also identify, recognize and resolve problems related to all types of
EHRA/
SHRA personnel actions. |
Minimum Education/Experience |
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
License or Certification required by statute or regulation |

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education |
Human resource training desired; knowledge and experience working with PeopleAdmin and Banner systems preferred. |
