Responsibilities Peraton is hiring a Customer Technical Support Specialist to support our DHS customer at TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA. You'll be responsible for providing advanced technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement of Company technical products, programs. The position requires on-site work in Springfield, VA.
Perform Tier III problem resolution on the telephone and in person with users, walks the user through a series of steps to determine problem and classify level, priority and nature of the problems and systems.
