Position Purpose |
To coordinate and perform a wide variety of research study/office activities to increase research study/office efficiency, expedite/coordinate the work of others, and ensure the smooth operation of the research study/office. To assist with procedures related to the collection, tracking, storage, shipping and analysis of environmental and biological specimens and data.

* Orders study supplies and maintains organized inventory. |

* Assures that data are successfully collected and managed.
* Assures that subject and data confidentiality is maintained, and data integrity is assured.
* Establishes and maintains study files and databases (e.g. study data, completed forms, materials, correspondence) to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and accessibility of information. |

Description |
* Maintains and updates databases for tracking of study materials, collection, shipment, & analysis.
* Generates reports as needed.
* May meet study participants at clinic visits for obtain samples and other study materials.
* May conduct interviews and enroll study participants to provide back-up staffing as needed and/or conduct medical record review. |
