Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Product Analyst to join the Knowledge Solutions Product Team. This position will be responsible for working with the business and practices to come up with prioritized user stories and use cases and working with the project management team, content team and development team to create and configure solutions using design thinking methodologies, process mapping, and wireframing to meet the use cases. Reporting to the Director of Knowledge Solutions Product Management, the Product Analyst will come up with standards for documentation and verify artifacts are created as appropriate throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, this team is responsible for the adoption and change management of the solutions that fall under their portfolio. The Product Analyst merges and understands the requirements of the business with a strong understanding of both the products they are responsible for and solutions available to the firm. Based on this understanding, the Product Analyst create and customize their products to make them intuitive and to meet and exceed the business requirements. This position will reside in either our New York or Philadelphia office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Primary Functions and Responsibilities

The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
