Senior Project Engineers, Brown and Caldwell, 1290 W. Myrtle Street, Suite 340, Boise, ID 83702: The Senior Project Engineer will work on multi-year complex wastewater and conveyance planning, design, and construction projects. Lead project delivery and execution of a large, recycled water project. This will require management of multiple multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants. As a delivery leader, interact with client, team leaders, internal staff, and subconsultants to confirm work is progressing per schedule and budget and that all the required work is being developed to the appropriate level of completeness and quality. Responsible for managing the preparation of complex technical reports and other deliverables. Simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences and prepare quick pointed summaries for executives, and client and internal stakeholders. Managed quality control of deliverables, maintaining consistency with program goals and objectives. Work closely with the Program Manager, Program Team, and Local Leader to identify and fill project resource needs to deliver all aspects of the project on schedule and budget. Mentor and develop local and remote project staff. Lead scope and budget development for task orders. Lead change management efforts, identify and track scope and schedule changes, prepare contract amendments and change orders. Develop a Risk Management plan for all identified project risks and maintain a register of these risks providing periodic reviews and updates. Interface directly with local external clients developing a client service relationship and identifying client required SME guidance. Maintain a familiarity with modern project/program tools and systems (PMIS/CMIS) to support best practice product delivery to the client. Local telecommuting is permitted, up to two days per week. Local travel is required up to 20% of the work time.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent degrees accepted) in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field, and nine years of experience in any occupation working on delivering municipal projects (with a minimum of two years of such experience as a Project Manager working on wastewater treatment projects).
