Moog has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Central Supply Chain team. The Center of Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for managing Supply Chain systems and tools that are used throughout the Moog Enterprise. In collaboration with key business stakeholders, the Project Manager will be responsible to develop and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance capability and optimize our supply chain processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of send-to-end supply chain, technology trends, and innovation management. In this role, you will report to the Director of Supply Chain Excellence.

As a Project Manager you will:

Collaborate with IT Business Partner and Supply Chain teams in Moog's Space and Defense, Military Aircraft, Commercial Aircraft and Industrial Business groups to:

  • Define Supply Chain system and tool needs and priorities.
  • Enhance the capability of Supply Chain systems and tools
  • Evaluate new technology solutions to increase supply chain management capability and performance.
  • Develop best practice and align on enterprise tools and enablers to support the digital/IT vision of Moog Supply Chain.

Managing projects for the implementation of new Supply Chain systems and tools Provide user training and support for Supply Chain systems and tools Provide Enterprise level Supply Chain analytics including reliable reporting to enable problem-solving and informed decision-making.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 7 years' experience supporting a similar function
  • Strong process leadership and demonstrated ability to engage and influence the right organizational resources to resolve supply chain related problems quickly and effectively.
  • Proven capabilities in managing and working collaboratively within a multicultural geographically dispersed environment.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $110,000.00-$160,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
