Moog has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Central Supply Chain team. As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team, you will lead key supply chain projects across multiple operating groups, coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Your role will also involve leading teams through change management and providing training and support for supply chain methods, processes, and tools. Effective communication with key stakeholders at all levels is crucial for project success.

As a Supply Chain Excellence Project Manager, you will:

  • The development, implementation, governance and continuous improvement of standard end to end Supply Chain methods and processes that are compliant with government, regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Primary Supply Chain Excellence point of contact for Supply Chain to support continuous improvement in Supply Chain performance.
  • Leads global Supply Chain projects, that include the coordination of internal and/or external resources to deliver projects on-time, and within scope and budget. Projects typically must be coordinated with supplier partners and/or Supply Chain staff located in different countries and time zones.
  • Provides method/process/tool training and support to Supply Chain staff located throughout the designated geographical Supply Chain region. Examples include Supplier Portal, PO management tools and KPI's.
  • Monitors Supply Chain performance within the designated region to identify, define and drive continuous improvement activity to improve business performance. Examples include Supply Chain planning and Inventory reduction improvements. The identification, effective communication and engagement of key stakeholders at all levels of the business is a critical success factor.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a relevant Supply Chain or Program Management role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business. An Advanced (graduate level) degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.
  • Relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience of Lean principles and continuous improvement.
  • Proven capability and experience of working collaboratively in a multicultural geographically dispersed environment.
  • Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience.
  • Ability to travel, domestic and international, up to 10% annually

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $100,000.00-$140,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
