Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5 years of work experience in an analytics focused role Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Power Point) including advanced excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting to supplement in data analysis and reporting exercises Able to translate numbers and data into information that can be used to solve problems or track business and produce accessible graphs, charts, tables and reports for executive reporting Able and experience in extracting insights from manually complex data, and summarizing learnings / takeaways Able to work in a fast-paced environment, be creative, and be able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities skills needed to perform or assist in complex data analysis and quality assurance Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to simplify and summarize workflow priorities and technical concepts to executive stakeholders Able to communicate effectively and manage relationships with partners coming from both technical and non-technical backgrounds Able to work independently and take lead on addressing and escalating issues Desired skills: Experience with SQL, Python or other coding languages a plus Designing & developing analytics models, algorithms and analysis Experience with dealing with complexity of issues and regulations Experience with Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Working knowledge of BI Tools (Tableau, Gognos, PowerPivot, Power Query) Knowledge and prior experience with Governance frameworks Banking or Financial Experience Reconciliation experience SharePoint development Data Warehouse experience Issue Management Risk management Project Management Pay Range: $54.54 - $62.54 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
