Work Hours Normally scheduled Monday through Friday; however, may be required to work other shifts to include evenings and/or weekends. Schedule subject to change based upon department needs.
Compensation The annual salary range is $51,191- $54,262. A competitive benefit package is included. Class Summary This is the first level in the Academic Advising series. Incumbents assist students with academic programs which include enrollment processes, course offerings, fees, course selection, test scores, financial aid eligibility and options, and other resources that will help students meet their educational and occupational needs. Major duties and responsibilities include: providing general advising for walk-in and managing caseloads of students with academic life coaching; providing information to current and prospective students regarding academic programs, requirements, and application process; reviewing student documents for eligibility and compliance with policies and procedures; exploring resources and options; guiding selection of academic courses; reviewing academic progress; coordinating advisement groups or related activities; determining
SAP; and sharing program information from 4-year schools.

Positions Supervised Physical Requirements Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
