We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Prototyping team. You'll lead the charge exploring more advanced prototyping and animation capabilities, while leveraging AI to make interactive design simpler and more intuitive. This is a unique opportunity to not only work on a key piece of the Figma experience, but to shape the future of interaction design.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.


What you'll do at Figma:

  • Evolve Figma's prototyping tools to solve new interaction design and animation use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
  • Build the product roadmap, define requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, like LLMs, to create innovative workflows that solve real problems for the design community


We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager
  • Experience working with designers or other creative professionals as a customer base, or experience working on community-oriented products
  • Experience shipping high-quality software products that made a difference for your customers
  • Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs


While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience working on complex products like editors or creative tools
  • A strong design or engineering background

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):
$149,000 $308,000 USD
