EHS Safety Coordinator
Overview Performs plant-level safety and environmental compliance duties under limited supervision. Acts as liaison to applicable federal, state and local agencies for assigned facility. Implements Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to protect employees and reduce risk to the company. Partners with plant leadership to proactively implement preventative measures to reduce the overall risk of injury and environmental concerns. Investigates EHS incidents to identify root cause and corrective actions. Implements health and safety programs aligned with the organizational safety management system.
