Minimum Experience/Education

  • Pass a Background Check
  • Holds certification from the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA.)
  • Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.


Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:

  • Graduate Degree in Special Education
  • Experience working with children with Autism
  • Candidates should have excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Holds NC BCBA License - if you do not hold one, you must obtain it within 30 days of employment.

Duties and Responsibilities
About the Job
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) will hold direct and indirect caseloads and provide oversight to our virtual BCBAs as well as clinic-based Behavioral and Registered Behavioral Technicians (BTs/RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis ( ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with other Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team. Direct duties listed below.

  • Assessing behavioral needs of children with Autism.
  • Designing interventions for children with Autism.
  • Supporting research projects focused on children with Autism.

  • Holds NC BCBA License - if you do not hold one, you must obtain it within 30 days of employment.
