The Senior Product Manager focusing on GeoProducts works to support, improve, and communicate the value proposition of GeoProduct solutions to internal and external stakeholders in the Western Hemisphere.

What You'll Do
  • Assist and support the qualification of GFC proprietary systems. Successfully implement engineering/bid strategies to close business.
  • Review project geotechnical and structural information and perform project evaluations to examine technical and commercial feasibility
  • Develop preliminary designs for Geopier Foundations proprietary technologies.
  • Identify potential third-party installation partners for implementation of our project solutions.
  • Participate in project meetings and site activities at all project stages (feasibility through construction).
  • Review of detailed design submittals and field reports.
  • Engineering support and troubleshooting during field construction.
  • Preparing project close-out submittals.
  • Define a clear and concise value proposition to the market for Tensar+. Routinely check against present-day market conditions. Champion messaging through all communications.
  • Support commercialization and launch of new products and applications in WH
  • Identify, define, quantify and communicate new ways to create value of CMC solutions within Tensar+ for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness around competitive products and technologies and support the sales team with responses as appropriate.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or product management in the construction industry
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units
  • Good understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical construction.
  • Ability to influence, motivate and direct a large, cross-functional teams that do not report directly in to this position
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience translating business requirements and technical specs into a functional solution
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
  • Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred
  • PE (Professional Engineer) License is a plus
