Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated sales analyst to work with a fast-paced team calling on Target Corporate. You will be a key driver in the internal business analysis for all Reckitt Health & Hygiene Brands (Lysol, Mucinex, Finish, Airborne, KY, Durex, Airwick, and others). This position is responsible for maintaining team reporting and analytics and will support the team in identifying and finding solutions to close in-mkt 4Ps gaps, improving forecasting for channel, and leverage POS data from Nielsen/IRI to provide the insights that allows us to grow our business.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:



  • Supports Account Managers & Director with in-depth data analysis of strengths/weaknesses of current execution of 4Ps strategies
  • Provides analysis of competitive activity and recommend defensive strategies where needed
  • Gather, interpret, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results
  • Measures performance and impact of initiatives. Communicates results effectively across the business
  • Data entry for all Target systems
  • Strategic development of total team forecasting models

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years within Sales, Marketing, eCommerce or relevant experience
  • 2 years' experience and proven knowledge/understanding of Syndicated Data: Nielsen, Panel, IRI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation - ability to analyze data and tell the story to evaluate impact on the business

US salary ranges

USD $70,000.00 - $104,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
