The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary The School of Nursing is looking to hire a Non-Student Research Worker to serve as research assistant on Drs. Emily Paine and Walter Bockting's interview-based pilot study focused on aging among trans and nonbinary people. This hire will work 5-10 hours a week on average. Specifically, the incumbent will be tasked with supporting participant recruitment, scheduling interviews, conducting brief screening and full qualitative interviews, assisting with transcription quality checks and data management, and conducting qualitative analysis of interview transcripts. The incumbent will also be asked to assist with protocol and instrument development, and dissemination to scientific and community stakeholders. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include:
