Job Title: Program Manager

Location(s): Seattle, WA

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
• Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
• Prepare detailed excel reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.

• May require a Bachelor's Degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in SQL.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able and willing to think and act both strategically and tactically.
• Demonstrated ability for being detail-oriented, self-motivated and driving follow-through.
• Strong business acumen and judgement.
• Ability to deliver key insights based on data analytics.
