Warehouse Trainer

What does a Warehouse Trainer do at Swire Coca-Cola?
This position is responsible for training and preparing individuals to be successful in their warehouse role. This position is to be a mentor to all new employees and support the employee orientation program. Your responsibilities in this role include training and onboarding new hires and ensuring they understand all warehouse operations and safety regulations. The role requires using effective teaching skills; it also requires understanding and adhering to Swire practices and safety policies. This role is responsible for teaching both classroom theory and hands on training curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Maintains all records and compliance documents for training program
• Ensures functional handheld computer knowledge of trainees
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) preferred
• 1-2 years Warehouse Experience required
• Forklift Experience and Certification preferred
• Speak publicly in-front of all levels of team members and management
• Must have experience working in a warehouse environment
• Excellent spoken English Skills with an ability to translate technical language into language suitable for the targeted audience
• Support Live activities on the warehouse floor demonstrating trained processes
• Be a positive ambassador of Swire Coca-Cola
