The Global Quality Manager leads corporate quality functions to ensure focus on customer needs. This role monitors the overall quality management system, ensures appropriate metrics and targets are established, and ensures management is adequately advised of the health of the quality management system based on business outcomes and customer feedback. Through strong relationships, facts and data, this key leader ensures serves as a change agent to drive continuous improvement through partnerships with business and site resources. A key aspect of this role is to lead the growth of a customer-focused culture, ensuring customer requirements and expectations have been accurately identified, and ensuring the organization is meeting or exceeding customer expectations. This role partners with business lines to determine changes in customer expectations over time and strategies to meet those evolving expectations. as well as maintaining all chosen external certifications, such as IATF/ISO. Roles & Responsibilities
* Leading a team of Corporate and Regional Quality managers responsible for: Min. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other related technical field Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge and sound understanding of Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, Quality Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, etc.) and investigative methodologies Competencies
